Its is Wise to stay away from Goel Ganga Developers.....!!!
I have the misfortune of booking a flat with Goel Ganga for one of their projects. The price they offered me was competetive at that point of time and the scheme that was shown was attractive.
However after booking the flat they refused the registration for 1 year stating inconsequestial reasons like clearance not given frm fire dept...etc. My repeated questioning releavled no concrete results and after 8 months the project was at a stand still.
Then one fine morning the unthinkable happened. Despite the promise to me that the cost of the flat wont increase they call me to their office and say that they cannot deliver the house at the cost that was promised. The increased the per square feet price by upto 800 rupees. When asked for an explanation they gave lousy story abt there being a dispute between the brothers on the land.
The next shocker came when they asked me to go ahead with registration immediately or the prices may go further up. That too registration with the new price tag and no prior notice to arrange money eventhough they had promised to give at least one month before they ask me to register.
Shocker number 3 - the final possession of the building will be delayed by 12 months. Which i later came to know that they were aware of it for months before they actually told me abt it...so much for customer care...
Luckily however i cancelled my flat with them and believe it be one of the best descision of my life....
So here is a word of caution .... Goel Ganga Projects...pls think twice b4 going ahead...i was lucky someone else might not be..... Was this information helpful? | 
I request all the customes who got cheated by builders to share their experience here.
It will 1) save many innocent customers 2) Builders would learn a lesson that they can no more fool the customers.
