Wrong commitment given by the company. Sales person Jatin offered me holiday package in rs 15000/- for stay in 5 star hotel for 10 days any where in the world which can be used within 5 years.I have taken this package on dated 13-oct-09 and paid rs 15000/-.Now i called up in the customer service no. to avail the offer but they are not ready to provide any service. I have been cheated.

I agree with the complaint Against Goldstar Hospitality.They are not at all ready for the Service they have agreed.Please Avoid GOLDSTAR HOSPITALITY as it is totally Fraud Group.

In my case mr.niyaz alam promise me that card will reach your home address by courier even after paying 15000 but when I contact to kalkaji office through phone they told me that card will available after full payment .I think Imust stop paying through EMI & only go forward after getting CARD.

Please avoid this company! Don�t waste your money on buying life time holidays, holiday packages and other deals from this company. This company is into a business of cheating and not in hospitality.

Yes I agree that This is a fraud group, They sale only the word, not the services..., so please dont waste your money... In my case as well It is Md Niyaz, who told u will avail all the services once i paid 20k, but when I contact to kalkaji office through phone they told me that card will available after full payment,

I AM VERY MUCH SURPRISE THAT IN OUR COUNTRY THERE IS NO RULE AND REGULATION TO STOP SUCH KIND OF CRIME ...PEOPLES ARE CHEATED BY SUCH BEGGARS AND IN OUR LAW THERE IS NO PERMANENT SOLUTION TO STOP THESE THINGS ...
SOME ONE PLEASE HELP TO STOP THESE CHEATERS STOP DOING THIS THING..
