My Name is Vaibhav patel my mother baught 2 Unit (Rs.850/- per Unit) of Goden Trees plantation Ltd,
The Maturity Period was 15 year as my mother Baught it in march 1996 now after the maturity period they suppose to give us Rs.1, 80, 000
However, they denied to give us the cheque of that amount which was been promise to us when we baught it. and they are making stories like forest department has not give them permission to cut the tree which was been planted by our money in theire farm.
and we need to wait for 3 years more to claim the amount. Now please take the Require action against them ASAP.

Sir i have purchased 1 unit of Golden Trees Plantation Ltd In 1998 Of Rs850.And Maturity Amount Was Rs 85000 After 15 years, Is any Way to Get The Amount Of Claim Of Money back ?

However, they denied to give us the amount which was been promise to us when we purchased it. And they are making stories like forest department has not give them permission to cut the tree which was been planted. Now I received letter from G T P L. dated 18.05.2012, forest department has give them permission to cut the tree.
Now please take the require action against them ASAP.
