[Resolved]  Goodyear tire tubeless tire(165/80R13 — Fwd: Tube less Tyre complaint- Replacement

I totally agree with the complaint. The same has also happened with me. I had bought Mahindra Renault LOGAN Car fitted with JK Tubeless tyres. One Front tyre on Driver Side got damaged on NH 12 by the Gitti left after the patch work of Road. The Outer Side wall of the inflated tyre with appropriate air pressure got Cut and becomes Useless. If the side walls of these tubeless tyres are so much weak, then what will be the safety of the User and it is indirect fraud by the JK Tyre Company. When I contacted to Mahindra Workshop they directed me to JK Tyre Distributor at Kota. They also simply rejected my request by saying that Guarantee is not covered for cuts.

Secondly, my another JK Tubeless also developed a bump about the size of 1 inch on the outer Side Wall of the Tyre within 14 months. The Bump may be a severe Safety Hazard to me, my family or the persons on the Road, while using the Bumped tyre. When again I approached the Kota Distributor with the Claim form given by Mahindra, after 4 days, they again rejected my claim saying that there may be some cut on the side wall. This clearly shows that there is defenately a Manufacturing Defects in Such typre of Tubeless tyres with so much weak side walls.

Kindly also advice me, where to contact, so that my problem be resolved.

Me used a FIAT Palio Multijet and now completed 30000 Kms. All tubuless tyres fitted on my car is showing like a tube.. That is good year tyre. Me advising all pls avoid to buy Goodyear tyres for ur use. Wear and tear is vry high

I own Palio with Goodyear tubeless (36000 KM done in 15 months). No serious trouble, but I am seeing inner edge wear (overloading??? misalignment??? ). The outer edge is still "brand new". Anyways, I want to flip the wheels so that inner edge becomes the outer and vice versa. I am not sure if it is possible in tubeless tyres, please advise.

I have a Honda City Car fixed with Good year Tubeless tyres originally while i purchased the car. My car has done around 36000 k.m's in last three years now. Around in sep 09 i gave the vehicle for servicing at one of the Honda service centres in Okhla and they told me that the car is due for wheel alignment and i told them to do it. But a month later after this i started experincing the wobbling problem in my car while driving. My next two complaints with the service centre did not make any change to them and they did not do any thing. this month when i gave the car again i told them about the wobbling issue. now they started blaming the tyres. They also told good year to come and check the tyres. Good year representative who inspected the tyres told me that it is not the issue in quality of the tyres. but the two rear side tyres are unevenly worn out. they are not able to give any valid reason for the same and simply asked me to replace the tyres.
i am now thinking who is at fault. it is the service cetnre? good year tyres or Honda Seil?

i have bought new laura 8 months back and my Good year tyre got bursted on riding in higway. same like Iyju A Jacob case. Mr Iyju A Jacob, did you got any replacement/ any response from goodyear. Worst tyre i ever seen.
