I, Gowthami working as Sr. HR in Private Company located at Hyderabad. I am a regular commuter with Metro Bus pass from Uppal to Ameerpet. Today (June[protected], while I am traveling to my Office from Uppal Depot I boarded the Metro Bus with No.Plate or Bus No.AP112 5673 Uppal Depot Service, the Conductor asked to show my pass, I show my pass and I couldn't show the ID Card as I forgot in my home. He asked me to take the ticket (U can find in the attachment), so I did. he refused to give me my pass. I ask him to give my pass back then he stared abuse me using bad language.
I asked him where I can collect the pass, instead of answering me he started speaking nonsense words, this conversation hurts me a lot, it damages my image in front of all passengers. On though I agreed my mistake he didn't stop shouting at me. Imagine early in the morning some one using such kind of worst language in front of all passengers how my situation would be ?
The same day (June[protected] evening around 7:30 I went Uppal Depot and I enquired about my pass, the concern people saying conductor Left the duty at 1:45 but he dint handover any sort of pass (Paper they given me, the same u can finding the attachment), they suggested me catch the same bus tomorrow morning same time and ask conductor directly, (June[protected] so I did the same, I shown my bus pas ID card then he return my pass.
If I miss that bus or buss number what will be my situation, I have to go on wait for the bus come to stop or loss hops on pass??
This is to bring to your kind notice with heart burning grievance I am lodging complaint to you for justice. I request you to treat this as my complaint. The Govt says respect women, I hope its just for to paste on bus. I am really thank full if you could this favor to me.

Please give him proper training or input to control his words and how to behave with others especially with passengers boarding, so that in future it may not repeat again with some one else as i experienced it directly.
