[Resolved] GraSIM Industries Ltd — employees' provident Fund | |
I have worked for the company for whole of my life right from my adulthood to till date, my provident fund money was vested with Board of trustee of Gwalior rayon silk mills employees' provident fund institution (employees' provident fund code M.P.Gwl 9 alloted to Grasim Industries Ltd from office of commissioner Employees' provident fund orgnisation. Government Of India. For my money vest with board of trustee, trustees nither providing with correct a/c of my money nor providing clue to where about of my money is invested, forching throgh assistant commissioner for claim of money with out kowing exect amount laying in my provident fund . I have approch many time to chairman of the trustee Mr S.krishanamoorthy who is also CEO of Grasim Bhiwani Textile Ltd . giving no head to issue . if any of employees' past or present of Grasim can help me, how to deal with these people . like Mr S. krishanmoorthy . who is having sole responsibilty of my money in trust, but not careing for issue of correction into EPF a/c . My EPF money is only mean of my old age sustainable mean and money for utiliztion to fullfill social obligation, but deprived of my hard earn money . surendra kumar sharma PS .another exofficio chairman Mr S.K.Gupta Who is Exective Director of bombay deying Mfg.Co Ltd is resposibile for discrepancy in EPF a/c was also approched, who is also silant on the issuse Was this information helpful? | |

Sir,
i was employee in grasim industries l.T, d textile division gwalior from 01/05/1976
to 01/07/1996 in accounts department under the supervison of shri shankar lal saraf finance maneger, and my post was assistant a/c officer, i was resigned on 01/07/1996
according to this i was qualify for epf pension from 01/07/1996
and will w.E.F 01/07/2006 my pf number was 00616 at that time according to this this contribution epf department indore has issued a control no 500 /09/1359 dated 07/09/1996
for a pansion of rupees 301 per month but this control number was kept in my father ' s custedy and after his death this certificate which was kept in my mother passassion she give me this certificate to me in may 18 and according to this i has applied to pf deppartment regional office gwalior mp on 04/07/2018, pf department has lingar on this matter on account of establishment employer verivaction, for this i here by requsting you to provide my employement details directly to them for facilation for relesement of
my pension, your postive action will highly solicited and give me mental relaction in my present old age of running 63 year,
