[Resolved]  Green Rev Ventures Pvt ltd — fake processes

Greenrev / Blueprint fake company registerd under foods and beverage category and involve in duplicate abd fake cartridge business. They are hiring the candidates on war basis and after 7 -8 days terminate them and spoil their life. i suggest you to dont go for interview in greenrev or its fake company named blueprint or blueprint ere. ms Tripti can convience you to join the greenrev or blueprint as it is singapore based international company but the fact is it is a local bihari company where mr vikram aryan gupta think that he is the most intelligent person of this world and he can make anyone fool but he dont know his own employee is making deal with another company and taking salary from foolish king mr vikram. if you dont want to spoil your career and life then say no to Ms Tripti who will call you for interview and offer you 5000/- salary per month for fresher. this is just like a PAAN KI DUKAAN TYPE BANIYA COMPANY. Please note it is not a Singapore based company it is Okhla based company which is registerd in BIHAR (PATNA).

I have worked at singapore office for 3 months on training so I can confirm that its a very real company. Looks like you are really annoyed with the company to call it fake. Also I am from bihar, i dont understand whats wrong if the indian firm is registered in bihar. U seem racist. So what if the registered office is in bihar (i dont know for sure though ), its working office is in okhla, delhi and I am sure u will agree it is a very modern setup and culture.

The Co. is Pure . In-fact its not a company. I agree with the fact that its an PAN ki Dukaan that too run by a BIHARI who has no idea how to run the company. The company operates on whims and fancy instead of fact and figures.

Also the co. has hired few who does not have any idea how to run a department. IF YOU HAVE A TONGUE THAT CAN LICK says only YES you will definitely have good experience, as two person above had best experience.

Definitely NOT for people with good education back-ground.

f you are BA Pass in Hindi from bihar or UP and know how to say yes to CEO Mr. Vikram idiotic though process this your dream company.

The most funny part is they get your KUNDLI checked before you join the office, not your merits. The Co. is FRAUD. And any given day, anyone can sue the co. in Labour Court/ Tribunal due to reckless hiring and firing. Also the co. falls under anti-dumping laws and its nature of business is not regulated by Indian Laws. So its waste of time joining this co.

Since the PAN Ki Dukaan is run by and they assume its an unique business. However, let me make it very clear... Anyone with a capital of few lakhs and good Internet connection with little knowledge of South Asian Country can start this business.

All the comments written here are so true. I myself had a pathetic work experience here. I am a well educated person and can not understand the vision of the company despite working there for 6 months. They just spoil careers. The Head Vikram Aryan Gupta is a fool running and managing the whole show. Pathetic work environment and culture is just zero (rather negative). The staff is a bunch of highly incompetent people. The business is so pathetic. I am not able to find the words to describe this. Its a 0/10 rating from me.

This company is good for employees who are efficient and have any attitude to work and learn.I dont think employees who are busy in their work will get so much time to go and write such negative things about the company.A person like me will never go and write anything about the company because i would have no time to do so as i would have better work to do.Writing and gossiping about a company i feel would not take us anywhere.Instead of blaiming the company we should see how good or riht are we.

This is a totally fake company, Hired anytime and fired anytime. No systematic process, no professionalism, its like a lalaji ka dukhan, any good professional plz avoid this company, its better to work as a waiter in some restaurant than working here as an officer or manager. Its filled with internal politics which the CEO is not aware and its totally run by some illiterate female staffs.

See hiring and firing culture is true. Its like one regular day you will go home from work and the HR will call u suddenly that u need not to come from the very next day. Seems shocking right? But it happens. Unprofessionalism is true. BH Vikram is too arrogant, I think illiterate also. Walk all day in office with a mic in his hand and can call anyone on mic to come to him. He stands at ur head while u r working and peeps into ur screen continuously. I mean who does this man? They can anytime change the profile and role you were hired for. They will take ur dob and time of birth before hiring because they match ur kundli and i[censored]r stars r good enough for them, you are hired! So, for me i[censored] want to make ur career dont go for this company.
