My name is Shilpa jain. I am from New Delhi. I had got an appointment Letter from Grosvenor Kensington Hotel, 2-10, Harrington Road, London, UK. They had appointed me as an Assistant Manager and I was supposed to join on 19th December 2008. As per the letter from Hotel Human Resource Division Manager Mr. Philip Johnson, I was not supposed to appear in any interview with British High Commission and my papers will be processed by the Company's Asia Zonal Coordinator Mr. james Lucas ([protected]/ [protected]). Plz find attached the mail sent to me by Mr Philip Johnson. Also plz let me know the authenticity of this appointment letter. I was also referred to Mr John Smith, who was supposedly to be working with British High Commission, Nariman Point, Mumbai. His Contact number is +91-[protected]/+91-[protected]) and his email Id is [protected]@asia.com. They have charged a huge amount of money which I have deposited in different saving accounts given to my by Mr James Lucas. Kindly let me know the authenticity of this job and what is the process to get my money refunded. Below is the trail mail sent to me at the time of sending me appointment letter.

Through Mr. James Lucas (Officer in Charge) Service with the help of our Company appointment order which we will provide and send to him for a proper recognition of your working visa to be issued to you.
According to the policy of this hotel management, your salary is 4, 800 pounds. Per monthly.
The Company has to send you an air ticket and provide you a free accommodation.
In this juncture the company will like to confirm your acceptance and readiness for the same, before we can take any further step of sending you (APPOINTMENT LETTER AS ASSISTANT MANAGER .)
