[Resolved]  GSPC GAS CO. LTD. — Non receipt of GAS Line

Dear, sir
i hace taken the conection of GSPC gas line in rajkot The installation is done but ther is a lekage in the line which u have fitted.2 months have already gone no buddy hase came to repair it...My application no.is 61172 please see to it...I am not satisfy with ur work...

I have not received GSPC PNG (Residence) line connection since 18 months after my registration vide their application No. 78948 dated 16/04/2009 and also I paid connection Charges Rs. 1000.00 . Whenever I contact them for the same over phone, they inform me that they will install line with 1 week but till date we have not received. A long duration of 10 months has passed but no connection or a favorable action or positive reply is received

I have not received GSPC PNG (Residence) line connection since 20 months after my registration vide their application No. 99997 dated 15/04/2008 and also I paid connection Charges Rs. 1000.00 . after that they will install line pipe fitting at my home on dated 12th oct. 2009. and instarller workers says that we are putting meter and connection through with 1 week but till date we have not received. A long duration has passed but no connection or a favorable action or positive reply is received. I also change the plan during the month of august '09. IN MY SOCIETY/NAUGHBOUR ALL READY APPLY NEW GAS CONNECTION DURING LAST THREE MONTH AND GET GAS CONNECTION .IN MY SOCIETY ALL READY GAS CONNECTION WORKING AUGUST 2009.

GSPC GAS CO.POLICY ON GAS CONNECTION CHARGES ARE NOT CLEAR .CO CHARGING RS.10000.00 AS CONNECTION CHARGE PRIOR TO OCT.2009 & AFTER RS 5000.00 WHILE GAS REGULATION AUTHORITY OF CENTRAL GOVT.ORDERED FOR RS 5000.00 ONLY.SO WHY GSPC NOT FOLLOW THE C.G. ORDER.

Sir,

Inspite of several reminders regarding non-commissioning of gas pipeline connection near my house which my neighbours who are just 3 meter away already started enjoying such type of connection, I am not getting positive reply from this co.

I paid relevant amount of Rs. 4000/- on before 2 yr with appl. form no. 33396.

I went personally, in Rajkot Office but reply of that madam sitting there is never satisfactory, and the phone no.[protected] comes always busy throughout the day. Either increase the phone line or do not give the no.

I also sent Regd. Ad to its Infocity Office - Gandhinagar but in vain.


Why so much delay when in my area and near my street, the connection has been started.
Now it is almost 2 yr. People who have paid money after me also got installation.

Please do needful and take action immideatly for connection.

I have doubt my gspc meter not work properly, we are 8 persons in femily when i read meter unit yesterday(after nitght cooking) there was 70 unit and today morning (after nitght cooking) there was 90 unit how can it possible sir
one time cooking of 8 persons [20 unit ]

pls. do needfull for that complaint.
