I am received phone calls from ([protected]) 3ghomeshop via GSS Shopping Pvt. Ltd on 17/04/13 at 16:00hrs and representative Mr. Manish said I am selected/nominated among 3 out of 10 from Andhra Pradesh and I have to pay Rs.5998/- amount for LED/Tablet/Home Appliances/and etc., But I refused him lot for that. After long conversation he said that you pay the amount for only LED TV and we will dispatch it next 14 working days. I have made payment through ICICI Bank online payment and at that time I am also confirmed again & again & again. He said "sure sir, your payment for only LED TV, believe me sir". The very next day I know that he was misguided me from his Senior Manager/Head Mrs. Pinky (No.[protected]) telephoned for "confirmation the order". I said that I paid only for LED TV, you bring the recording voice of Mr. Manish and solve the problem, otherwise please cancel my order (No.2333) and send my money back. But they refused and still today they are not responding properly. The Customer care representatives and as well as the Company cheated me. Please all of you beware of 3ghomeshop.
