Hi, "Complaint against GTM Teleshopping Pvt. Ltd"
My name is krishan kumar sharma and i am from saharanpur, recently on 15.03.10 we bought Nazar Suraksha Kawach for with the condition that if it does not suit us, the amount would be refundable. Within three weeks we realised its not working, we came to know that hurdles and delays are getting quite often in our path. Also financial lossess, in terms of what we could have got not realised. I feel it was not working at all. Within 3 weeks from the date of purchase we lodged request followed by a written request/complaint on GTM Teleshopping Pvt Ltd's maid id about the inconveineince occured and to take back their product and return back my money.

It is again shocking that they did even reply on mail as yet further u better understand how they address my calls for knowing the status of my complaint and money back. They refer why u not satisfied, they want me to prove. I wonder if their is something in this entire case to prove. I never put complaint without any reason. I feel India is a big country and we should make people aware about these companys and their products, which are more or less immaterial. Dont ever buy these products. All these TV shopping companies seems making money from us.
Agains at last, if this company is a real one, and did not turn down their promise and pay back my Rs.2500/- my opinion may get changed. Lets see. Was this information helpful? | 
nothing helps here in writing complains here, first of all not much people having look in this site and also most of them don’t have internet access and knowledge of computers and net, and the second point is all keep on writing complains and advise in this but I am sure this keeps going on but the product and cheating will still carry on and this fraud company going on making a huge amount of money, so my sincere advice is that if anyone can publish about this in a leading news paper and in TV news probably people will come to know about this and also aware of this kind of cheatings and some action can be taken against it. am sure the Govt is also supporting and encouraging this company and products as a result they might also earn profit in it, or else this can be openly observed its a cheating when once they promise money back guarantee if this will not work within 30days, and refuse to refund they money people who don’t get benefit out if it. so i request some one can do as what I mentioned before and all get to gather to join in this to take a legal action and file a case to stop and ban this kind of programs in cheatings peoples and fool around making money. or else this will carry on and we people only keep writing complains here and nothing goes to stop this and ban on this products and the company, so please help to save innocent peoples money in their blind belief who are not aware of this stupid product and loose money on it in helping to publish this in newspaper and TV news which may take some effect and perhaps helps to ban this fraud. This is my humble request if it’s possible by anyone who can do this
