actually i am shocked that how can i get a job without any telephonic interview .it is strange .so plz confirm me the genuinty of this mail
i also got job offer from same compony, pls advice the guinity of the offer .

THIS Agreement is made today, job is been offered to you between Gucci Designing co.plc. Limited of the one party and you as a second party.
For good consideration, Gucci Designing limited employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.
ARTICLE 2: SALARY
Gucci Designing limited shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of GBP 7, 200.00(Seven Thousand Two Hundred Great Britain Pounds) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the Travel Agent for Immigration Services United Kingdom.
Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
Gucci Designing Limited Hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at Gucci Designing Limited Discretion from time to time.
ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Gucci Designing Limited.
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Fashion & Designing Organization, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Industry may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee 1month at full pay.
ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the Industry may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Gucci Designing Limited obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause, our may terminate this agreement at any time upon 2 weeks written notice to the Employee. If the Fashion & Designing Organization requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the Fashion & Designing Organization will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 2 weeks written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement.
(a) The sale of substantially all of the Fashion & Designing Organization assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
(b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the Fashion & Designing Organization outstanding corporate shares; or
(c) The Gucci Designing Limited decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
(d) The merger or consolidation of the Gucci Designing Limited with another Designing Organization.
(e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, Gucci Designing Limited shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.
ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the Gucci Designing Organization or any predecessor of the Organization and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation incurring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.
ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 12: Sever ability.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Gucci Designing Limited (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

I found this job posted on www.vault.com employment search. I couldn't believe Gucci would post a job on any internet fourm but followed up with it. Below was the offer I recieved and it doesn't look real because as a Sr. Tailor/Designer I would think they would want to interview me in more depth. And what do they mean by Article 4: about Aviation industry and any other business activity... and in the contract there are questionable items in #'s 4 and 8 especially. I wasn't supprised when I found all these complaints. I do not understand what they are really doing and why?

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the GUCCI DESIGNING CO. Obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause GUCCI DESIGNING CO. may terminate this agreement at any time upon 7 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, GUCCI DESIGNING CO. will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. 5.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/TRAVEL

٭You are entitled to 2 months paid leave which can be once at a time or 2 weeks apart from one different period.

٭You will receive £6000 .00 Take home for each leave period.

٭Employer for each inter-continental trip shall pay £950.00 flat rate travel/ entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class.

٭Employer shall also take care of employee’s travel ticket including that of employee’s family only on employee’s early notification to employer and shall be requested by employee.



EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during travel plans, processing of travel particulars (visa) and work resident permit will be substantiated with receipts and Employee’s Expense Report and receipt as proofs such expenses.(After one week of arrival to job location).

We however will reimburse fully all travel cost and expenses made by the employee.





On no account will employer accept to shoulder cost for travel expenses, processing of visa, work/Resident permit papers of Employee before work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer, should employee decide to decline job offer certain expenses must have been made by employer.





This agreement hereby binds Employer and employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expenses Reports and Receipt of expenses.



The first one month benefit shall be paid in advanced before a one month orientation programme i.e. before any employee of (Gucci fashion designing co.) come down to his/her duty post officially, this is to enable Gucci Staff





Settle all domestic needs on arrival. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty related to default.



Payment of one month benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money in his/her Bank account as the United Expatriates Financial Statutory law would demand (UKEFSL)





7.0 SAFETY AND SECURITY

Safety and security (Local/Foreign) and facilities on job locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operation, all workers are entitled to security both at work location and Residential Quarters All operation on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to health safety and Environment (HSE) policy.



You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Location to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.



FEEDING AND ACCOMODATION
Newly recruited staff of GUCCI (You) will reside at the company’s staff estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat option to choose from.

You shall eat at the staff canteen free of charge as there dietary options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.



MEDICAL EXPENSES
We will provide you with comprehensive Health care and Medical check up. During the one month training programme the employee will undergo series of medical test Such as HIV test, Malaria test and tuberculosis.







OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER
Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 512 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 60GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56k Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary software. Full time internet access is also made available.





Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.

ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

ARTICLE 12: Severability.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
SWATZ OIL PLC UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at SWATZ OIL PLC UK discretion from time to time.

ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to SWATZ OIL PLC UK.
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the SWATZ OIL PLC UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause SWATZ OIL PLC may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, SWATZ OIL PLC will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,

ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, SWATZ OIL PLC shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.
