[Resolved]  Gurgaon Pf office — PF Amount not Received

Dear Sir,

My PF No. Is HR/6648/4125 from Millinium Beer IndustriesPvt Ltd Dharuhera Rewari Haryana(Formerly Known as Innertia Industries Ltd). All Document submitted in your office in the month of November, 2008, but still i did not recieved my PF amount in my account.
Request you to pls do needful & credit my full & final amount in my as soon as possible.

Gurgaon Pf Office — 80 Days passed but PF amount is not received

Respected Sir/ Madam,
Its kind request to kindly arrange my PF money.
I had submitted all the documents at the provident Fund Commissioner office, Plot No: 43, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Institutional Area Sec-44, Gurgaon, Haryana, for the refund of my PF money, My PF Account Number is HR9989/694, and company is M/S Lumax Industries Limited, Plot No: 6,Industrial Area, Dharuhera, District : Rewari 122106, Haryana, But till date I had not received my PF money in my Account:[protected] ICICI Bank Manesar, inside Raheja Square Haryana-122050) and its almost more than 80 days. Sir, I am waiting for your reply on below mentioned details:
