Gurukrupa Gas Agency — Delay in address change formality

I had to request for a address change from JP Nagqar 9th Phase to 7th Phase. I have all the paper work ready for the same, We have visited almost 6 times now. The most frustrating part is that everytime we have visited there has been an additional request of a new document, Why cant there be a check list of what is required? The Staffs there dont speak any other language apart from Kannada which is even more convienet for them and is a pain for non-ocal apeaking customers. The Customer service really sucks! The staffs are a real bunch of arrogant asses. No wonder its much easier to get things done through private agency! I would not even recommend this agency.
