I connected my gas cylinder which was supplied a month back by Gurukrupa gas agency. As soon as I turn on the knob, it starts leaking. I have been trying to reach the agency from past 3 hours and I have not been able to reach them with all 4 phone lines. All the lines are engaged and if it starts ringing, no one picks up.

For now, I need to go the agency in person. How do I escalate this matter to the higher ups as this has always been the story with Gurukrupa agency. Was this information helpful? | 
In case of such emergencies - we are unable to reach the agency (their phone lines are always unreachable).
After giving a complaint also - they take their own sweet time to exchange the cylinder - & with absolutely no apology from the agency. They don't care whether they supplied a faulty cylinder to the customer, in the first place.
