Let actions speak for Hajeej instead of words .. people of yet to get their money back ..
Hajeej might have defeated the Alkhuddam or whosoever in terms of price tag and market share, however, it makes no difference to the people who have been cheated in this clear case of misrepresentation from Hajeej people.
I would have to agree with you that they may again take the people to umrah and hajj as they have gained the trust and patronage of people in power and politics. However, I fell that they have already lost the credibility in the eyes of general public.
I myself traveled thousands of kilometers to Srinagar, just to see my parents leave for the Hajj but only to find that the dates are being changed and lots of excuses from Hajeej.
- Do you think a professional company would fog people till the last moment and then would disappear from the scene, instead of being open and honest to the Hajjis from the beginning??
- Will a professional company hangup the phone on the face of the customer when queried about the travel ??
Because you mentioned about the professionalism, let me give you a picture of the same in Hajeej office.
I went to Hajeej office @ munwarabad with regard to the frequent changes in travel dates, however, staff their mis behaved with the aspiring Hajjis (old and fragile) who should have been treated with dignity and trust but arrogance. They had no guts to face the customers let alone deal with the situation. Hajeej had received full payment in advance and same could be seen in their attitude in terms of addressing Hajjis queries and concerns.
The point here is before speaking on behalf of someone, we should get our facts right and then speak with the facts and people will listen.
If this company is professional and want to get back in the business, they should return the money back to the people immediately instead of playing hide and seek.
Lastly, Hajeej may be everything but "professional" ... my opinion

You seem to be affiliated to Hajeej, if yes, then ask Hajeej to say the same in public. If you're not related to them then you are not supposed to support the people who went absconding after duping the aspirants. However we still hope that Hajeej might look in the larger picture and sort the matter and let not our hopes die with time...
