[Resolved]  Hands In Technology LLC - Jigar Nathwani & Jesal Tanna — Fraud/Theft/Breach of Contract

This firm agreed to undertake out software project. After months of delays and poor communication and minimal effort on behalf of this firm they simply stopped responding to any emails/queries. After many many emails and calls the firm finally released a very poorly written source code representing approximtalye 10% of the applicaiton we had paid for them to develop. At this time they are now refusing any refund nor will then even respond to basic queries about the code which tehy developed. We have lost months of our time, had our money stolen from this firm and I hope that this complaint allows you to review their poor business practices and prevent anyone else from being manipulated and stoeln fromlike we have been.

Hands In Technology customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

I have had a similar experience with Hands In Technology and Jigar Nathwani and Jesal Tanna. I would avoide this firm at all costs. Hands in Technology failed us and Jigar Nathwani and Jesal Tanna continue to operate Hands In Technology and take advantage of their unknowing clients

Abel nor myself have zero knowledge of the scope of this project changing.

With that in mind, if you are to complete the list of bugs/issues that we have identified in our prior email, I am happy to accept your proposal. If you review this list, the revisions are minor and there is no change of scope.

Upon completion of these fixes, we are happy to terminate the proejct and resume with a 3rd party firm.

I do not expect support form you or your staff assuming we move in this direction.

In the interim, I would be happy if you uploaded encrypted source code as a sign of good faith.

This issue was NOT resolved. Now only years later after these reviews rank on Google Jigar surfaces contacting me about our issues with him.

My offer remains the same, refund the money you stole from us and I will happily remove these reviews. Until then, buyer beware.
