Toxic pollution substances have been created and released by Hanjer Biotech Energies Pvt. Ltd.- Nakrawadi- Rajkot(Gujarat) in surrounding area bring to your notice that Hanjer Pvt. Ltd. has been issued following notices by Pollution Control Board,Gandhinagar
1. Gujarat Pollution Control Board Show cause Notice No: CCA-RJ-249/11074 dated:11/04/2007
2. Gujarat Pollution Control Board Show cause Notice No: CCA-RJ-249/29849 dated:21/10/2008
3. Gujarat Pollution Control Board 31-A Notice No: CCA-RJ-249/1191 dated:21/01/2009
4. Gujarat Pollution Control Board 31-A Notice No: GPCB/CCA-RJ-249/ID-19607/56535 dated:07/08/2010

Regional officer of Gujarat Pollution Control Board -Rajkot visited Hanjer Pvt. Ltd.- Nakrawadi on 09/09/2010 and noted on in the report that there is unauthorized storage, air pollution problem, bed smell in surrounding area, other nuisance observed during visit no compound wall or fencing is observed, burning of toxic waste is observed moreover unit has not compliance earlier issued notice of direction under section 31-A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution)Act -1981, again Gujarat Pollution Control Board Head office- Gandhinagar again issue notice under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution)Act -1986 of 5(A)on 26/10/2010 and file court case against Hanjer Pvt. Ltd.- Nakrawadi- Rajkot(Gujarat) in Rajkot court with case No:12738 on10/11/2010.

Unauthorized burring of solid waste instead of making fuel pellets,No Plantation of trees and no green belt developed all,No control measures for dusting resulting from handling of solid waste exists-severe dust pollution and very untolerable bad smell. Day by day garbage is being dumped on near by land & road also. These heaps are also increasing day by day.Hanjer Pvt. Ltd. has violated all rules, regulation notices firmly indicate the immense damage & harm caused to our environment by Hanjer Pvt. Ltd. and spreading the pollution in surrounding areas. This also damages the fertility of near by soils and farms,Any one if needed I would be happy providing all documentation done in this regard

I think Rajkot Muncipal Corporation officer also involve with Hanjer biotech pvt.ltd otherwise it's not possible, it's harassment by Rajkot Muncipal Corporation & Hanjer biotech pvt.ltd to local farmars

I THINK ALL THE OFFICER OF THE RAJKOT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION HAVE STAKE IN HANJER BIO TECH PVT LTD IF NOT THEN THEY MUST HAVE TAKEN ACTION. THIS IS LUBE OLE IN GOVERMENT POLICY MIGHT SAY IT IS MADE BY GOVERMENT DESTROYED BY HANJER BIO TECH

We must do something for poor village people as human being.
If you go there once, you will get knowledge that how Pvt. company make profit through RMC and Pollution control board. Plz give comment on this as you can. Thanks

After a long fight against the illegal Landfill of Hanjer Bio –Tech and official support to Hanjer Bio –Tech has been Black listed by RMC & We appreciate the step. The fight is still not over this will make us more aggressive in permanent removal of this Hazardous unit
