I Booked a plot in Happy Home Foundations(tirupathi) pvt. ltd aggreeing to pay the amount in installments.We have been paying the instalments , and suddenly the clerk Mr d prm Kumar never visited the office collect instalments . till date i have paid 40300/ rs and my repeated complaints to them has been unheard and futile .
I would like to file a case through your forum and get the site registered
at the earliest possible.Please let me know the details i need to furnish

Now in Hyderabad / Moinabad in Sri Ram Nagar Happy Homes / Former Happy Estates many double and triple registration are reported for plots
My plot 795/B has been sold twice
check the Pics same plot sold to different persons by tampering survey Numbers
Please check pics with different Survey Numbers in different years
and there are hundreds like this
and Now they say in their office at the site
"""your plot is Grabbed /Occupied / Confiscated take throw away price and hand over the papers"".
