[Resolved]  Hard Castle Pvt Ltd — P.F. has not been transferred to my account even after 15 months i have left the company

Dear Sir,

I,brijendra Singh Mehta was working as a trainee manager in Mac'D,Kalyani Nagar,Pune , had submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt Ltd and they sent it to the head office in Mumbai.

My last working day was 20th of April'09.

It is almost 15 months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.
I have been calling Mr. Abdul Sapatwala for the same for last 15 months but every time he gives me a new excuse.
I resubmitted my P.F. form again on january'10 but still no use of that.
Mr. Abdul Sapatwala has humilated me a lot.

My PF number is: MH/41618/10266

Please process my withdrawal application as soon as possible and take corrective action against Mr. Sapatwala.
