This is jwala kaushik from rewari. I have submitted my wife's PF form in your office dated on 11 June 2008. yet we have not received the PF amt. [ Hari Singh Public School Rewari] we have received the information that there is problem with the record of C Form, account No. HR / 28129 / 11 Match with the half record and half is differ with the other. after submission of the New C Form again and forms of manisha rani manually submitted in the department in july 09, we did not receive any response. what should i do sir. u can confirm whole detail with the adminsterator of the school named Sewa Ram Yadav. His phone No. is [protected] and the school contact No. is[protected], and my No. is [protected] - [protected][protected]. i hope it will be consider .
