I have agree with your comments, I had same experience ..., I have also purchased one flat in haware - Padghe navi mumbai in year 2008 but still they are not ready construction for my flat. Now I fed up & my money are stuck with them. Last 2 year I am paying only interest amount for my loan. I had visit many times In the Vashi office people are behaving with bad manners & no response from their end & now they are offer me to sell this property if I want.but not giving good rate I would have buy same flat in otheir area in year 2008, but now the prices of flat are very very high & as I am a middle class family person, I am the bread & butter for my family, Now my wife is pregnant & very date she has to travel from Vikhroli to Kharghar which is very very hectic for us & she has to reach 8.00 O clock to the office so big question how to come out from this problem...
Its more than 4 years haware builders has given possession of flats but they have still not prepared Road yet... they will give only false assurance, sweet talks & demand maintenance but poor quality constructions & no fire fighting equipment, no accounts handover, taken lakhs on money in the name of development charges & maintenance but not maintaining it.

actually i was purchased butter vich was badly affected in side............ i thnk frm chil section person nt varify vich product r expired or nt???????????????? frm chill section employee hav to check it very well..............we r paying den also u provide service to us ......................plz tell to dat boy..............i dnt wnt to tke his name.................................. nd also ur service no. r changed nw its nt possible to us to contact vth u....... plz provide ur all phone no. to us...............................
