Dear Sir,

I have bought a HCL Desktop Computer bearing machine serial no. B064AQ22646 and signed an Annual Maintenance Contract with HCL Beanstalk for 2 years in November, 2008. On[protected] i found there is no display in my computer I lodged a complaint on telephone no. [protected] (call id no.[protected]. On[protected] their representative came and took Mother Board, CPU fan, Processor and Key Board and told me that he would delivered the same after 4-5 days ( after getting them repaired). After 5 days I called on [protected] they assured me that after 2-3 days parts would be delivered and installed like wise that became my routine work everytime they used to say the same. On the 3-4-2010 their representative came to my home and delivered me CPU Fan, Key Board and Processor as it is and promised me that on monday[protected] he would deliver and install Mother Board I kept on waiting but he didn't come. I phoned on the number [protected] then I was replied with their routine answer within 2-3 days Computer would be repaired.

Your are requested to kindly look into matter and do the needful enabling me to get my computer repaired on an early date.

HCL Beanstalk — extra heating in CPU

I Have purchased beanstalk computer in the fourth week of decmber 2007 from Thulasi Systems & soiutions, No 53 Flat No 1, Chellam Appartments First Avenue Ashok Nagar, Cchennai 600083. The cpu gets heated up to an extrordinary level and my Logitchk quick cma cd exploded and the pieces were removed by your custemercare center in chennai and they have changed the cd drive even after another cd got broken to three pieces the custemor care centre peaople are sying the heat is normal. I have made several complaints and I am receiving no proper resposne. Now the computer is not working properly and gets hand up after one hour o[censored]se. Having paid 3600 Rs for the computer it is not working satisfactorily.
The seller says that he will change the cabinet at the cost of Rs 1000.
It is manufacturing defect and why I should pay Rs 1000 and change the cabinet I wnat you to take immediate action and see the unit is changed with an ordinary unit.

expecting early action as I am unable to use the same fro more than one hour.

HCL Beanstalk — monitor not working

my monitor is not working properly, itself gets on and takes a long time to get on after shifting its position. please tak ecare of it as soon as possible. no one at your noida center is picking call. I'm in deep trouble.
