Dear Sir,
I have HCL Ezeebee AC2V0150(HCL Ezeebee AC2V0150) booked on line on 29/09/11 vide order No:38208 and received on 5/10/11 (Machine S/No: 9113AC230327 & Invoice No: [protected] dated 4/10/11). I opened the carton box left corner of cabinet was damage received same time I call customer care and complaint booked, vide complaint number is 05A110028 dated 5/10/11. Service person visited on 14/10/11 he said cabinet will be replaced as soon as possible. But till now they are not replaced. Several mail and call are made to customer care they are answered tomorrow replacing …. But daily coming tomorrow, not yet replacing till date.
Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
