I have submitted a HCL me product to their service center on 11 Sep 2012 for repair as it was not function able under their cal id number [protected] receipt number 5777 but till date no response from their side even tough their receipt states that the product would be delivered to the customer within 10 days even if the product is repaired or not..
The customer care of hcl states that they don't have any updates
