[Resolved]  HCL MONITOR 17"TFT — PRODUCT IS NOT IN ORDER

Sir, we have purchased the HCL desktop along with the 17" TFT monitor (model no. of TFT is HCM500PA/700PA and Sr.No.[protected] on 5.1.2007 with warranty card No.10002352 and we having too much problem with monitor means it is working always on power saver mode and even the colours are also being faded from last 15 days.
One more irritating problem is the (local HCL service centre UDAIPUR) is not responding us properly even they people are miss guiding us and they are making forse on us to purchase the warranty extend card of Rs 3000.
So suggest us, what to do, it's a branded/reputed concerns product so WILL WE THROW IT?

I am buying new HCL TFT in july i have faced problem the display is blinking with horizontal lines please tell me what can i do to remove the problem

Afftar some butan on it shows display but it disappear afftar two mintas seands
afftar power on display but tw0 seaknds desappear
hcl 17"tft modal no-v17g afftar some time display but two seaknds plese my problem sholf bharat rawat
