I HAVE BOUGHT HCL NOTEBOOK B38 C2D FROM TEJ COMPUTER SAINIC MARKET RANCHI. MY NOTEBOOK HAS PROBLEM RELATED TO VIRUS, IT NEEDS TO BE FORMATED BUT THE DRIVER CD'S ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE DEALERS. I HAVE ASKED FOR IT. BUT THEY ALWAYS AVOID IT. I WANT LAUNCH COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEALER. WHAT SHOULD I DO.
without driveres run a laptop its a big problem deller have not given driver cd
i am really welcome for the complaint really that was the biggest task how i get driver & alway having problem in driver it is worst think in it HCL company must do some think for that otherwise they loose customer was through out this lapy never go for that what ever the configuration they have.
