I type in the customer ID, then the next page shows 404 error.
I followed the below steps given by you several times.but still I get 404 error.
I don't understand why it is like that??
This is very stupid bank when online is considered.ICICI is far better and very easy online application.I never faced a single problem using that.Recently I took HDFC account, i'm facing lot of problems.
For Internet Explorer 5.5 & above:
- Select "TOOLS" from the menu-bar of the browser.
- Select "INTERNET OPTIONS".
- Under the title "Temporary Internet files", Click on "Delete Files".
- Click on "Apply" / "OK".
- Restart the Browser.

I was also getting the same error for the last few days. I used to go to the hdfc netbanking site via google (i.e., i used to google for it and then go to the link that it showed).
Just now I came across this post, and tried directly pasting https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/ into the address bar. And somehow, it worked !!! :)

Recently for the past two weeks I am unable pay online bills for broadband, book online tickets etc. For some reason the sites like Tata Indicom, Reliance, MahaDiscom show the following message
"Please note that the HDFC Netbanking for this service is currently unavailable. Please select another payment option and complete your transaction."
Is HDFC doing something on this?
Please do the needful.

I am not able to perform any online transaction. I have been doing it successfully till the past week. After selecting the account and confirm transaction it flashes the following error and exit the page.
"You are not authorized to do this transaction".
However, I am able to access HDFC netbanking account, view my summary, balance check and all other things. The only issue I am facing is with the online transactions.
Could you please guide me regarding this.

I am not able to login in HDFC netbanking as it shows the password is expired. My cust ID is 1028705.Please help.

After entering my customer id, the page automatically disable and then blank page.
Very poor service. I someone will take this on priority and resolve this issue.
Even I tried to use virtual keyboard however, the page is getting disable.

on line access is very poor in hdfc home loan customers.if password is forgotten no chance of retriving that .it should be rectified.
