by the way, why this company's contact number mentioned in their very own site is 'out of order' for many many days??? Isn't communication modes are vital for any good, aspiring company? Any comments?
As per the employee's words, Hepasys Technologies has never paid salary on time. Ramesh, can u show me the proof of company's account in which salary was despatched? If it's registered company, still why there is no name board in front of the company? y u r not returning the security deposit on time? y d cheque's given by the company is bounces most of the times? Do u have answers for these questions Ramesh? there is no proper interview format also..who ever gives money, they will get offer letter immediately, but no job will be given immediately, after getting offer letter they have to wait for a month for call from them..sometimes night shift for programmers, but no difference in salary, no dinner, no proper refreshments also..So guys don't join Hepasys technologies...
Registered means... is it ISO certified / CMMi level ??/ Even after we got global certification they telling you will be recruited as a trainee no salary for 3 months.. from 4th month salary will be provided... HOW CAN I BELIEVE YOU GUY's. I attented interview to hepasys..do you know how...

2. They given address of CEE Mag Technologies to attend interview
3. I found that address opp. to X theater
4 When i entered to their reception it mentioned as DM Technologies
5 Finally i interviewed they told it as Hepasys Technologies...told to pay a security bond of 25000 and no salary for 3 months
I dont know any reputed company will do this with 4 names ...
NOBODY CAN DENY THIS I SUFFERED IT...

If it so why you didnt keep name board in front of the company. Some of my friends joined in your company has suffered a lot.If someone performance is bad then you through out the person from company. So some what suspicious to join..

Even I have heard about this complain to one staying in my area.
I would suggest you write to the media. Being a responsible citizen of this country you have atleast saved my relative being in the trap.they have told the same conditions as you have mentioned, Also a few ppl have joined.I came to know and avoided my relative to join just by this post.many thanks.I have proof as well so you can write a letter to editor of major magazines and news channels like NDTV etc ... to take it further.

please don't join Hepasys technologies and spoil your career.Many employees are there but no projects, Salary account is there, but no salary..Network trainees are not paid salary for more than 5 months..software developers will be asked to work in night shifts without salary, thry will promise you that they will pay, but thry will never pay you...3 HR's changed in 6 months...Great comedian in this company is Pratheep Raj, he is HR manager in this company and also working in Syntel company..he visits company every saturday, he will promise that he will do this & that, finally nothing will happen...MD of this company will do anything for making money...i[censored] giv Rs.25, 000 u can join as programmer, i[censored] give Rs.40, 000 u can join as TL, i[censored] giv Rs.50, 000 u can join as program manager, i[censored] give one lakh, u can join as director, i[censored] give 2 lakh u can become equal partner of this company...what ever hemakumar (MD) says pratheep will according to it...Hemakumar & pratheep can be awarded as the ever best actor's...atleast after all these if there is project in the company, employees will hav learning atleast...all the projects in the company are fake and its all MD's assumption & dummy projects...many employees left the company without even getting security deposit and one month salary even after working six months becos of their torture...they will give pressure to leav the company, so that no need to return the security deposit...SO GUYS PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY (HEPASYS TECHNOLOGIES)...

Just wanted to bring to your notice that pratheep is no way working with hepasys.He was a partner and now he has quit that.Regarding all issues it is HemaKumar who decides.Regarding the salary issues it is all up to finance team and HRD is not related to that.

it's a very worst & fraud comapany.
Realy it's a fraud company.i also join in that company & sufferd a lot.so kindly my suggession is don't join in this company.
It's not a Software company.they wants employees who have ready to give rupees in lakhs as bond type.they will tell it will be reeeeee- Fundable.but Can't. So every one be aware of this nasty company.

this is the company.they cheated all the employees.my fren is working there for an year wid out a salary.they dint give the relieving letter too.they dont have project.this company was started jus 14 months back.and closed in jan 27th. pl dont join and dont pay any money for this company.
Hepasys Techlogies have encountered an End by January 2010
Salary Pendings have been paid 70% from toltal pending salary + bond amount to the employees with the available fund flow.
Team worked there have got little learning from the availble resourses.Commited employees got learning on the languages like Vb.Net.Windows applications development.
Team have developed around 10 projects in the journey of hepasys jan 2009 to january 2010
This office is good example for youngsters with less funding in their hand and to startup an software company with employess of 110
Other stuff is nice story writen in this forum. (Only the salary stuff, bonds are true)
(no directore, no HRs) all stuffs are storys in this forums
Employees got easy way to join since it has a bond and cash for 25000 so people who are realy not capaple in clearing the 3 assesments were sent out with the pay.
This forum is to share the complete true stuff not a big groomed story by changing the happening.
I am writing this stuff because the employees background check is the key process in recritement

This issues is solved by the youth commitee of CITU and ended in a good way.
