[Resolved]  Hero Honda Achiever — WORST & POOR Service People

Dear Sir

I have given to most of the HERO Honda Authorised Service People for the past 10 years, they use to change most of the spares unnecessarily. Particularly this time I gave my Hero Honda Achiever bike for service to INDIAN AUTOMOBILE, Vanuvampet, Chennai, I had very bad experience with these people. Actually I had complaint of self starting, Engine Smoke. For that they have changed my Engine Bore, Chain Sprocket and its accessories and charged Rs. 6,000+ (FOUR Days they have kept my bike) but they didn't give solution for self start, still hard to kick, and throttle didn't stay for long time, it may switch off or it may accelerate more automatically (just like choke switched on). Next day when I gave them, they retained my bike and charged me Rs. 800+, without giving ANY SOLUTION. Again I went to them and told, they are simply BLINKING, BLINKING, WITHOUT GIVING ANY SOLUTION.


I am very much impressed by Hero Honda Bike and customer for past 10 years I have got one Splendour, then Hero Honda Achiever. But because of this irresponsible (culprits) (INDIAN AUTOMOBILE, VANUVAMPET, CHENNAI), I got more pain in my back and I was away from office for ONE Week in Medical leave at the period of TN BUDGET Period. I am very much stressed physcially, mentally as well as financially.

Enquiring other customers, most of them are telling same type of complaints.

Will I get any SOLUTION from the most prestigious company (HERO HONDA) of our India.

HONDA ACHIEVER — POOR SERVICE OF HONDA

I have purchased a HONDA Achiever on MAY 11. Unfortunately the silencer came out from its position damaging the crank cover. MY vehicle bearin registering no. OR14W 4078 is lying with HYUNDAI honda, ROURKELA the dealer since 18/11/11.Since today they could not get the spare due to no response from HONDA INDIA as claimed by HYUNDAI Honda Rourkela. All my jobs are badly affected and I am losing heavily due to the want of the vehicle.On chasing with the dealer they say that HONDA are not sending spares not responding to the mail sent by them. IT is amazing customers like us are badly affected due to poor state of affair of HONDA INDIA and if the customers are to wait for getting their vehicles for month together it is really ashamed that company like HONDA can have such negative behavior in INDIA.
HONDA can be such bad it cannot be beleived. Do not go for Honda vehicles
