[Resolved]  Hero Honda - Goodlife Card — Card not yet received

Hi i am Mukesh Kumar Shrivastava has renewed my passport in month of sept-10 through Narberam Motors, Adityapur and pay Rs. 250 cash. After several communication with concerning persons of M/s Narbhram, telling comming and comming. When i inquire about this delay through customer care they told that no request has received against this and kindly check with M/s Narberam. After confirming the renewal was done on 12/04/2011 in my presence. Who is responsible for this delay. My vehicle chesis no. is 06L07C02344. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for this delay.

i dont know my card a/c no pls inform me.

Hi i am a goodlife member, my name is Niranjan sahoo, my card no. is [protected].I purchase a new moter cycle on dt29.06.2011, but the self referal point is not enter in the card.
This falt is not solve till today but I remind sevaral times to our dealers point (JMG, cuttack, orissa) and good life customer care.

kindly solve my problem as soon as possiable.This is your kind information and necessary action.

renewal of hero good life — points does not accept

Renewal of good life card -given to TRINITY AUTOMOBILE JAIPUR on dated 21/7/2012 receipt no.2507 but dealer replied that software does not accept points .pls solve the problem .
