Dear Sir, Sub: Complain about Hero Honda Passion plus Timing Chain Sound and Poor Servicing Ref: Vehicle No: OR-05-Z-8841 Engine No:07D08M25445 Chasis No:07D09C06169 I wish to bring your kind attention for this problems that, I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion plus(red) on[protected] chassis number and engine number as mentioned above from JMG Automobile, cuttack, orissa.After purchasing of 5 months, engine defects arises like engine oil licking from head, and i complained in PURI district authorised service center(LAXMIPRIYA AUTOMOBILES) at the time of 2nd free servicing but the staffs of the center misbehaved me and at last, after the total free servicing i got "timing chain" problem and at that time free servicing was over so they totally got irresponsible although i'm in paid servicing and warranty of 2 years.I've complained against this problem for 7/8 times but no response from their side.I'm totally irritated, helpless and tensed. Sir,I am Ashok Kumar from Kanpur(U.P.), I had purchased a bike Hero Honda Passion Plus in OCT 2006 from Northern Motors Kanpur, U.P., and take the loan from ur bank through your agent, per installment 1667 rupees for 18 months, now my loan is fully paid to your bank.
In August 2008 i had send my request to LUCKNOW BRANCH, with my original bank statement and RC photocopy, but there is no responce, i had not get my NOC.
I request you to issue my NOC at my address.
