on 3rd March 09 I was in Pratham Motors Hero Hondea Show Room and on my Job Card( MOO5464 ) Service request mentioned from me is Scilencer noise problem and misfiring and average is 45 KM/Lit vehicle No MH 19 AA-211 Bill No C 31853 Complaint :- 1) No Service as per Job Care request (Scilencer Noise Mis Firing) 2) No proer root Cause Solution(Scilencer Noise Mis Firing) Additional Parts Changes which were not able to solve Problem ( Timing chain KIT REp and cam Chain KIt ) 3) on Second time on 5th March no response from Service station 4) on 6th March Pump Cleaning _ NO Problem Solving BIG ISSUE :- On Bill Contact No :[protected] these numbers are not existing as per Phone Call Really BIG Dissappointmet because of waisting Time and Rs 764 as a Service Bill For no Proper Service Was this information helpful? I want to draw your kind attention to wards the problem i faced since i had my bike serviced on[protected], on that deyi requested to super visor to change my battery as it was completely out of disorder( not charging propoerly), causing problem in self starting, he conveyed me to change, but not did so, so he call me for next timein service center, after following from top managment to last (service man) i get to know that they dont have batteries in their stock they call me for next time(IT WAS A FIGHT FO 2 HRS), again i got a date next time when i visited again on 22.10.2011 they asked for my mobile no, and said to me that they will call me after they received the battery, till noe they dont call me up. IS THERE ANY USE OF BUYING SELF START BIKE IF I STILL STARTING IT FROM KICK.
