sir, whenever i visit shivsankar motors for servicing my bike the staff are not giving proper response and not handling the bikes in condition. even for goodlife registration and for rewards for goodlife we have to move for number of times. even grievances are not registering in the show room and they are refusing to give acknowledgments for complaints.

Hero Honda Showroom — No Proper response
Hi,I have given by Hero Honda Passion for service before 2 months (charged Rs 800/-) or so. And now it gives few problem with Shock Absorber and Fork. When i took my bike to service station i have been adviced to change the fork oil and it will be charged Rs 150/-. Moreover he asked me bring the vehicle tomorrow. And when i took the bike on next day he was saying some reason and he is not ready to take my vehicle for service; he is avoiding with some blame reasons.Asked me to bring the bike on some other day and when i took the bike yesterday he said it will be charged Rs 750/-. I am wondering how within 2 days he is changing the amount and moreover he is not at all treating the customer properly. Very poor response given to the customer. So kindly take necessary action against the show room dealer.
