Hello All,
I have taken Fosavance 70mg tablets from Hetero Pharmacy, Hyderabad (ChandaNagar Branch). Instead of taking 4 tables ( 1 strip), I have ordered 4 strips and paid around 1450 rs/- for them.This happened on 13th April and I went today (16th April) to return the good along with the bill they gave me. It is a manual bill and not a computerized bill in which no return policy was printed.The same day I observed for some people they are giving computer bills also.So, When I went today to return the goods they said the return policy is that the goods be returned in 3 days,for which I said I came within the stipulated time. Then he told since these are not fast moving we cannot take them back and atlast when I argued with them they said come tomorrow morning and talk with our supervisor. Why should I be again going and talking to their supervisor when I am returning the product on time along with the bill. I am also not satisfied with the staff behaviour. Please let me know where and how I can take action against them.

and when i went there to ask is this good way to talk about imp medicine to his attitude were very negative ...this kind of attitude should never allow for medicine as he is working in pharmacy form he should understand imp of costumer ..please make sure it will never repeat
