Dear Team I am the owner of solanki infomedia india and subscriber of HFCL Infoel limited with tel no[protected],62 Mr. Ajay kumar field collection officer - Address HFCL INFOTEL LIMITED , 6th floor, surya tower, mall road, ludhiana called to my employee mr. Parminder Singh and ask to pay the bill of tel line , my employee asked to pay on 3rd because the due date is on 3rd of payment of bill . after hearing this satatement Mr. Ajay kumar field collection officer use abuse words and abused talking with my employee mr. parminder singh and now parminder is very much upset kindly take action against the culprit Sanjeev kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? Dear Sir,
I am working as a Deputy Manager in the Bank. I have installed a connect teloephone[protected]. But I Disconnect this telephone no. on 05.08.2008 with a bill amounting Rs 1380 vide application no. 10869 at Nakodar Distt JAlandhar at their office situated at Arjun Nagar, Royal tower, Nakodar.But on 02.04.2009 I have received a call at 1.30 pm from R.K sharma on their telephone no. [protected] that a fraud case is filled against you & I was shocked what is the matter this?... He told me that your court hearing at 3.00 PM at New Delhi & you call the lawyer whose name is Priya Sexsena with telephone [protected] with yours case file no. is RD/ 220. I had enquired the case from the Priya sexsena & she told me that you have not paid yours connect telephone bills & amount outstanding was 1356.00 I told her that I have paid all the dues of the Connect telephone. She threatens me if I cannot paid the RS 1356.00 then the Court fined you Rs 56000/-. Then My colleague visited the office at Nakodar & enquired about my bill & company told him that the balance is still outstanding was Rs 1809.00 But due to the threating of the court I have paid the unnecessary amount of Rs 1809/ on 02.04.09 with a receipt no. 588155.00. I brought notice this bill amount to the Priya Sexsena. Afterwards she told me that your case is over.
But again on 09.04.2009 I received a call from the Satbir Singh with telephone no. 96545/30649 that a fraud case is filled against filled with you & case file no. 603 and call the lawyer Priyanka on telephone no. [protected]. They have given me the agains threating that today is yours court hearing for not paid your telephone Bill. I told her all the matters vide receipt no.
Now if my unnecessary amount is not refund to me I will filled a suit case against the company for threating.

HFCL Infotel Limited — non refund of weaver

company rep vide their receipt no 956705 dtd 13/11/2010 & 945799 dtd 02/12/2010 promise to wave rs 100 each but i their is no weavement & latest i have contacted custmer care to change my no but he told me the charges i.e rs 300 this is too high please disconnety internet & phone
Because other com change free of charges
