I know this company and Mr. Shoeb you are a liar i am working for this company since 4 years and had no complaints and misconceptions about this company/. I met with them and they were discussing some buyers and they were saying that they had paid a huge penalty and warehouse charges on a shipment that was scheduled to Kazakhstan. And you had not paid the shipping charges as to them for that reason your goods were in the warehouse for 45 days and they paid every penny to keep your shipment intact. But as they shown me several emails that they had written to you for demmurage charges and penalty which you had never sent them these charges at all after being reminded 15 times i had seen these emails myself and helped them out from clearing their goods from the warehouse after paying penalty also.I had also seen they told you that the air shipment is expensive to your country as there are only 2 flights but you never believed them not believed their agents in Kanpur they also sent several emails to you with pictures of your shipment. So dont fool around and pay all their charges they will send the shipment to you. its your fault that the shipment is now double the cost you actually paid. And no exporter wants this to happen. Its all rubbish you are writing. If you are showing these documents which suppose to be in your favor you should also show their documents and emails which they had written to you i will tell them to post all here as you are blaming them without cross papers. its absurd !!! :(

You Mr. Vyacheslav Rakul whoever you are is a liar this company has a clean reputation and still we are also associated with this company there might be some misunderstanding. I dont know why you are putting these foul complaints here. Remove this at once this is my suggestion and talk to them i hope your goods are safe its just money that matters as someone commented above you are not paying them...they are not sending you anything
This is Anil from RCL Logistics seen your complaint today. This is very nonsense of you that we had personally sent several emails to you about the non payment of shipping charges + demmurage + warehouse penalty etc with photos of your cargo and still you didnt sent us any shipping amount nor any penalty our client Hiba Gallery had paid for releasing their shipment back from customs warehouse, we had also sent you the customs attested invoice and packing list to let you know that we are awaiting your emails but you had never written to us now what this mean you are blaming our client for all this it is you, your trust level is weak after sending documents, photos of shipment and repeated reminders you never emailed us and we know what problems we had faced by custom authorities for releasing their shipment back after the customs check is over and there you sit aside relaxing and blaming Indian companies.
You should know that Hiba gallery had received broken items back from warehouse after paying INR 28000/= against penalty their goods now is just a junk. We told you that there is only one flight active to your country and its expensive by air. In which world are you living sir wake up please. Please see the penalty debit note and the invoice and packing list attached with pictures of your cartons again i hope you will understand then.
