I had booked my flat in Hilite project MetroMax on Thondayad By-Pass Road in Jan 2008 with the scheduled time for finishing being 24 months i.e by july 2010. The project was delayed and finally handed over only by April 2011. The quality of construction is pathetic for the amount paid and faulty fixing of doors and windows,substandard fittings in the windows and toilets etc . The other things which were promised alongwith the project yet to finish, the roads inside the layout are yet to be tarred properly which were pointeommd out are still not rectified.
I have followed up a lot of times with Hilite authorities but to no avail and besides promises there is no action. I do not have any confidence on the quality of work done by the contractors to whom the work has been allotted. I do not know whom to approach as i have faced a lot of financial constraints paying because of the delay and the quality. Was this information helpful? |
