Hello, I am a consumer of hilti machines in India,Kanpur,Uttar pradesh, and bought a hilTi foundation breaking machine about six months back, but it has performed so badly since I had a one year warranty on the machine, but the faulty machine is not working and the service centre is not repairing the machine free of cost and is demanding massive amount and is saying the warranty is just to sell the machine, we actually don't carry warranties. This company seems to me like a fraudulent company and is liable to be prosecuted for spreading false promises. I am soon going to register cases and police reports on the fraudulent practices of this company. I simply request other people not to buy hilt machines ever, it has no after sales service. All fraud.
