i would like to inform you all that Retail Mart is a big fraud and cheater company.
they are selling business plans in category of rupees 25000, 60000 and 100000 in which they create an e commerce website for the customer .
to sell these plans they promise to add references under our purchase like they add two references under my ID and give me discount of rupees 2000 per reference so total discount is rupees 4000 but in actually this is not a reference discount actually the cost of plan 25000 is rupees 21000 they are making fool of people to sell their plans fast.
i brought rs 25000 plan first their sales person told me that this is a one time investment plan but when i paid
the full amount of rupees 21000 (after 2 reference discount) they told me i have to pay this amount every year and at the movement i refuse to continue with them but they told me that they have not any refund policy and now they are not picking up my phone calls.
now i am going to submit a case against them in consumer court Delhi.
but i want to confirm you all that not to buy these stupid plans even i contact many people who already brought these plans they all have similar problems that
1. they didn't pick phone calls in any problem.
2. websites not open in 70% of day time their servers remains down.
3. supply of products are very very bad.
so guys don't make any relation with these fools.
