Dear Sir,
i purchased a honda Aviator at Kalyani Motors Madurai on[protected], i brought the scooter to chennai for my use. on[protected] I left the scooter for 1st service at didar motors chennai. first they inspected the vehicle for faults and then to my surprise the measured the amount of petrol in the tank with a dip stick and told me the reading is 4". i told them that the scooter is new and the fuel guage is full as i topped the tank only the previous night. immediatly the service engineer told me that the guage is faulty and it is their regular method to check petrol. and also told me they have to change the engine oil. from my end i told them that tere is noise in the rear when go over bumps and also the headlight has to adjusted as it is very high. they took down the complaint and told me to come the next day. i paid Rs 185/= for the oil and took delivery and came out to my surprise there was only 3/4 tank of petrol and also the noise and light had not been rectified. also when i i asked them they told it is common that they take petrol from the customers to clean spark plug and carburator. why are these companies spoiling honda's name? and how is Honda allowing such kind of dealers to exist? pleas reply Was this information helpful? |
