[Resolved]  Honda Car — Engine Oil Rate Higher and packaging 100 ml each

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my communication number referred above, and the subsequent communication received from your dealer M/s Platinum Honda Meerut through trail mail with regard to pricing of Engine Oil @ Rs. 68.28 for 100 ml packing.

I request you to please confirm, are you in agreement with the pricing of Honda Synthetic Engine Oil of 100 ml packing (Part No. [protected]DS) @ Rs. 68.28 for 100 ml while the same should have been charged for bulk packaging, which would have been much cheaper than 100 ml packing, used in 2nd after sale service. A line of confirmation for prices from your end will be highly appreciated. The relevant detail are as under :-

With reference to your mail we are confirming you that your vehicle DL8CX6236 (Honda City) is covered under Honda extended warranty policy. The same will be reflect on your further service bills. Also we would like to confirm that we are charging engine oil rates of bulk packing not in small packing, but it is only showing in small quantity in the bill. Since it is a Honda software we cannot change it.
