Hi Sir/Ma'am
With regards to the service of my HONDA ACTIVA, I would like to register a complaint against HONDA Motors and the HONDA dealer - MAANSAROVAR HONDA, in terms of the service they have delivered.
I'am facing a serious delay in receiving replacement of my vehicle's battery, which has been damaged during the service period at MAANSAROVAR HONDA. Even after several follow ups and many personal visits to the dealer's showroom, I've received no response of any sort from the service technicians or from the service manager.
My vehicle has been purchased during October 2012 and is well under the warranty coverage period specified by HONDA. Was this information helpful? |
Is there any action initiated for the complaint I've registered with regards to the Honda Activa service offered by Maansarovar Honda Dealer.
