Honda being one of the leading brands in motorcycles worldwide, I decided to buy a CB Unicorn Dazzler last year in the month of May. The initial experience was good as the bike ran well. But the trouble started with the servicing issue as "Todi Honda" was the only servicing centre catering to a very wide area of customers. The complains are never addressed seriously and they continue to prevail even after the servicings.
About 2.5 months ago I noticed that the rear break pad needed to be replaced, and intimated the service centre about the same. They completed the service without doing that and said the spare was not available and I would better search it myself from the local market. In the process the entire breakpad got worn off and this damaged my Disk Rotor. I stopped using the bike and kept on searching for the spare break pad, but in vain. It was the same reply I got from various spare shops in the city including the Honda authorised shops--"NOT AVAILABLE".
Its been quite sometime my motorcycle is lying at home with no utility and the sole commuting purpose for which I acctually bought it is completely defeated. I do not know what to do as I have not even used the bike to realize my investment so that I can sell it off at a throw away price and get another one from a different brand.
I am really at a helpless situation and would like to seek legal interventions into this matter in the interest of a common citizen customer. Was this information helpful? |
