[Resolved]  Honda Stunner Cbf — Worst response shown by the dealer

I am Ankit Sharma.
I purchased a Honda Stunner CBF on 20.07.09 from Auto Gallery, Rishikesh, UK. But in these 7 days I have recieved worst response by the dealer about my concerns.
The day I bought the bike, i paid the money but i did not saw the bike. I was forced to wait for 2.5 hours after the payment just to see my bike.
The concerned person at the showroom- Mr. Lal Babu, just told me that the bike has gone for washing, & every time I asked, I got the same response. But after 2.5 hours I saw that the bike which had to be owned by me has not been washed still & also the bike was carrying scratches on its right side of Silencer & fibre body just as that the bike has been dropped.
I complined the same to Mr. lal & he told me that these scratches are on all bikes because of transportation. I was forced to accept a bike with heavy scratches just because I trusted the dealer & paid the money before seeing the bike.
Also, I have not recieved any Owner's Manual till yet, because Mr. Lal says that they are out of stock, & they will give me when they will recieve it.
Another worst experience was that they did not put any First vAid kit & toolkit in my bike. I realised it the next day of the purchase, I immidiately called Mr. Lal but he disagrees to accept the same. How can I run my bike without toolkit & first aid kit.

Also, we, the customers are not allowed to enter in the service area. I dont know why? If any costumer wants to see the service of his bike, why we are not allowed to do so? Many of the problems can only be checked at that time. I have found that at the service area thge parts of bikes are interchanged.

If we get such services from Honada dealers I will never recommend anybody to buy a Honda bike.

Requst you to look into the matter seriously because the response from the dealer is worst.

i total agree with you and feel bad for you!!! Even i purchased a Honda stunner cbf 3 months back from raj pal Honda in indore even i was treated badly they asked me to some after 2day.when i asked them why they said their are already alot of bikes to be serviced.i told them i am driving 35 km and coming so far for the service of my bike plz consider me they said what can we do.Then when i went after 2 days they told they will service the bike but they will hand over the bike to me after two days!!! i am very very disappointed by the way i was treated by Honda company.
