Dear Friends, All my friend who have commented above are absolutely right..
I also went there and also completed 1st Round of Interview.then they called me that i got selected for the second round for the interview.
I selected in 2nd round of Interview too. then the next day was 1st Day of our training given by trainer. 1st Day we went to too many offices of various organisations & Companies. there I had to see work of trainer that how to talk, how to do first Introduction of ourself; how to Introduce the short story of whole project; how to present the Project & convince the people to give money for the Company; then If a person convinced, so get the check, otherwise, Call him/her "Thank you, have a nice day" (In the company's Language, we have to understand that as" Go to Hell")
Then the trainer taught me that How to Fill up the sheet that includes List of the Names of visited Offices of those Companies/Organisations.
I got Confused about the work that the work is not equivalent with My Educational Degree.
From Next Day I had stopped to go there.
And My dear friends, Dont go in such companies like Horizon, Aricent etc that is doing fraud and playing with peoples Time & Money.
So, Avoid those companies and make your future at other good places.

Hello all. As I was having a tough time in finding a decent job, I created a profile on Timesjobs. I created the profile on 31st of July and I got mails from both Aricent and Horizon respectively on 1st and 2nd August. Now, being a job seeker I was delighted at the opportunity and without doing a background check (as I thought that I won't come in contact with fraudsters via Timesjob) I appeared for an interview on 6th August. I too have had the same experience. Talking about Horizon, firstly, the land line number through which they contacted me doesn't work when I call them up. I did call up their land line number for a couple of times as the lady who called me up to inform that I was supposed to appear for an interview forgot to send me the address of their office. Secondly, in the email it's Priyanka, the lady who called me up was Nikita and when I went there neither Nikita nor Priyanka was present. Now these many things cannot be ruled out as anomalies. Nor can they be a matter of mere coincidence. I finally called up on the mobile number which was mentioned in the email. The address was sent and I was asked at what time will I be reaching there to appear for the interview. I replied, around 12:30 pm. I got stuck in the traffic and couldn't reach there by 12:30 pm. So at 12:50 I got another SMS, inquiring about my availability for the interview. I said that I was on the way and will be reaching there within 15 minutes. I reached there by 1:08 pm and I was asked to have a seat. The lady who I believe was the HR passed a form to me and told me to fill it up. I filled up the form. Four other people, including a girl, were present there. Then the lady informed us that her boss (Kshitij Gandhi I believe) was not there and she will be conducting our interview. So she asked all o[censored]s to follow her and she took us to a room. There after she started conducting our interview in the most UNPROFESSIONAL manner I have ever witnessed. She began with the question that most HRs always begin conducting their interviews with- Tell me about yourself. LOL Basically she vomited everything that was written in the email. OK I thought. Then she asked us whether we're comfortable to begin with marketing. Marketing??? What kind of marketing? What product to market? Well, she didn't talk about it at all. All she asked us was- whether we were ready to begin with marketing? What were we supposed to say? A flat NO? !! There after she asked another question to us- What are your strengths and weaknesses!! ROFL And oh the attitude!! All o[censored]s were told that we were put on the hold she would get back to us as soon as possible if we were selected for the second round of the interview. Second round, you see!! On one hand they said that they were desperately looking for people who can immediately join them and on the other hand those who showed up were put on HOLD. What an irony!! So that was it! I came home and then I received a call that I've been selected for the second round of interview and I'll have to be there at sharp 10 o'clock!! I was delighted. I thought that finally 'Achchhe Din' have arrived. Till then I didn't know anything about the company so I thought that let me view the profile of the company online so that I could comfortably answer the questions likely to be asked in the second round of interview. I didn't find their website, but I did find this thread. I was not perturbed by whatever Darshan had written but then out of curiosity I began to read comments. And then I reconstructed the events. It wasn't too difficult for me to figure out that I was duped or rather was about to be duped. Thanks everyone for saving me from landing into a self invited trouble. I am indeed grateful to you all.
Thanx boss ... I had a call today from one of them. She told me that their interviews will only conduct tomorrow. So that i search on net. About that company and i found this... Thanx a lot guys... I messaged her link of this and wrote that " I Think You Should Check this Out". And also got a reply that "u should check complaints for pepsi/ reliance or whatever..." Bcoz i m mechanical engineering...
Check out this link which can help you to save your career. Its only for
awareness of career oriented youngsters. Tell them to pay for your hard
work as they made hell lot of money by your hard work. They wont pay

As ever thing said above is true so am not going to waste your time on the whole story. Coming to the point. Don’t waste your carrier in this kind of company they have nothing to give you. You’re just going to beg door to door on the name of NGOs with all the lying, and if you are and idealist let me tell you, these things are highly unethical and immoral. And the people who work in the company are the most deprived man on earth, they are like terrorists enticing the youth in order to deceive and brainwashing them with all the fake dreams ( like our boss brought a new car, this guy earn this much and all that crap). They will say thing like, we have people from foreign universities. They will not let you talk to anyone around.

Earning money on the name of NGOs, don’t have a talent at all, looting people on the name of NGOs, lying on their faces. The trainers here live in a dreamy world and think that by saying HAVE A NICE DAY to someone who is not interested in donation they in company language its “[censored] off”, seriously?
Let me show you the clear picture, out of every 1000 you beg 165 will go to you (which is in fact, your salary), 100 will go to your boss and 35 will go “outside the country” to the main group company. That means on one hand you are fooling people on name of NGOs and on other hand you are sending the money out of the country. I am not here to defame the company, but a piece of advice to the new trainees, don’t waste your life or your time in this. I just don’t want anyone to deceived. Stand up for the right thing, have the vision to see the truth, and courage to act upon it.

Thank you people. These reviews has helped me. I got a call today afternoon, speaking abut the job opportunity for the same rile as mentioned above "Management Trainee" . The JD was given on call, they are not ready to email anything saying there is no need this was when i found it highly unporfessional and suspicious.They have fixed my interview for tomorrow, but certainly their address has changed.

I received an email...for an opening of Strategic Business Manager...so i applied and they called me for an interview. i went 4 d interview in Saffron Towers 9th floor and they made me fill a big form .I had an interview with a lady called Kavita...All of them behaved very sweetly and very nicely...what i found strange is that ven alot of people ver waiting for the interview like me v ver not allowed to talk...strange???? I mean why cant people talk in the waiting area where no1 is working???? they also sent a female to sit there and monitor us and check if v ver talkin... You are only allowed to talk to the trainers because these are taught to talk good things about the company to create the greed factor in you for money. They will check where You are goin, ver u r sittin, ven u r goin home they will come till the lift door. the hr lady said that the training will be for 2-3 months after which v would be posted SBM and you would be given your own office and own staff. during the trainee period the salary woul be between 15-40k and as an SBM /Owner you would earn between 80-120k...then they told me that I would recieve a call in the evenin if I was shortlisted. I got a call for the 2nd round . That day also we were 6 shortlisted candidates and were not allowed to talk or even exchange numbers. it was weird. they did not allow because they did want us to discuss anything with each other and did want us to find out that all the going on in that company. We were sent with so called Trainers to different companies to ask for extensions(which is basically going door to door and shop to shop and begging for money). We were taken 2 CCD or MACd or Barista just so that we think that these all people earn a fat income...after the begging was over v went back to the office to have our final interview with the head of the fraud - who is a complete ...Mr. Abhishek Trivedi who gave a very rosy picture about evrything, calling the company an MNC and crap and then I came to knw that the training is for about 1 year. The trainers have no visiting cards in the name of the company ...When I asked them they said they represent CRY and Helpage India so thats why they do have any visiting cards and only have ID card which can be easily made for 50rupees. They dont have any documents in the name of Horizon or Sky Inc.If you ask them they will tell you that they have it in name of the client compnay...because they are working on their behalf...What is weird is that why does a person not have a visiting card if you are always going to meet CEO and directors. They do not like to give their numbers to the directors or ceo if they want to get back. they tell them that they will get back to them. when i asked them about the salary they said they have to review my performance and based on that they would decide my salary... But if you see other companies they always want to know ur last drawn ctc and depending upon ur competency and package they offer u the salary but these people did not. When I asked them what happened about the other people who had come for the interview along with me they said that v "sacked them" because they were Losers... When i discussed about my salary with that abhishe trivedi he said that we dont pay any salary and give "profit" ...profits my foot!!! That said that v dont pay salaries because they make us entrepreneurs and not any employee...The whole salary is in words there are no documents for that... They dont have any pf no professional tax...nothing. When i told him that at this point was an employee for him and not the so called entrepreneur then y dont i have a fixed salary...he said that is because I have to understand what is profits and losss so that i can run a business. Then guys he said that the company doesnt open any bank a/c for u ...they will send ur salary to your account directly...which co. does this...i have never heard before... they do it so that there is no bank record of it and that they can escape Income tax raids and a Criminal case. They give the salary week wise as my friend mentioned earlier depending on the number of donations u get…….out of which they keep a security amount. They themselves dont give any security to the employee then look at their guts to keep a security amount... the biggest thing i noticed is that the people are hardly educated 19-24 yrs but call claim that they are MBAs from UK or US and the maximum tenure of the employee is 6 months. no one basically sticks to the company. The best part is that out of the peanuts that they pay (apprx 150 per day, that 2 not sure) all the expenses for traveling and all have to be born by u itself. The company will not pay for any of those expenses ...really stupid... I have also noticed 1 more thing that the fools who are working here are basically freshers or ppl who have some side business or ppl who come from well to do families and have no liablities. they have no fixed hours of work... have to work till u get the money if not they will ask u 2 quit. But if you ask them they will tell u that they are not in2 sales so there is no target….. I mean they thin k that the whole world is stupid and they are big tym smart ases. The worst part is that the company is taking money for people for half of the programmes that dont exist...they lie to ppl on their face to get sales...like if they have gone to talk abt a programme "A" and the person has already donated then they tel them lies that Prg"A" is over and then they will make up some prg name which actually doesnt exist. PLEASE GUYS DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY...EVERYTHING HERE IS VERY LUCRATIVE BUT THE REALITY IS IN THE NAME OF SBM U VIL BE A "BEGGAR"
