Today I spoke to Mr. Mukesh - [protected] of Blue Star Packers and Movers Head Office in New Delhi and he told that within 1800 hrs today (21st November 2010 ) it will be delivered.

Household Goods — Delivery Delayed & improper

I, M.V.Deshpande (Consignor), R/o 401, Arcadia Apartment, 3-5-44/1, Ramkoti, Hyderbad-500 001, booked vide Consignment Note No. 12981,Dated.[protected], House hold goods, in the name of Mr. Vinit M Deshpande (Consignee) , Flat No 706, Block 2 –C Dheeraj Upawan , Sidharthnagar, Borivali , Mumbai, 400 066 (Mobile : [protected] and [protected]).
1. The goods were loaded in your carrier No: MH 04 CG 5363 from the aforesaid address on[protected]. The packing and loading was attended by your team as per your quotation. The shipment moved from our premises on[protected] at 1700 hours, as a dedicated carrier carrying our household goods only.
2. I was informed by your staff that the shipment being an exclusive load, the expected delivery time at the destination would be 48 hrs (Two days).
3. Since there was no communication to me from you as well as your Mumbai office about the delivery status, I was in a state stress and panic.
4. Since the shipment did not reach the destination even by[protected], I contacted the Driver, who informed that the Vehicle met with an accident at Humnabad, and held at that place.
5. You were not bothered to inform me about the accident despite my repeated inquiries made to you also.
6. On my continuous follow up with the driver I was given to understand that the vehicle left from that place on 10th Dec and to my surprise the vehicle did not reach even by 11th Dec. I am unable to comprehend why the vehicle took so much time to reach Mumbai. This is not out place to mention that we were very much disappointed with the callous and irresponsible behavior of yours as well as your Mumbai Branch.
7. Since there was no feed back about the status of the shipment from your branches, Me and my son Mr.Vinit were distressed and under duress called Mr.Veljibhai, the Vehicle Owner but could not get any satisfactory reply.
8. My son confirmed to me that, at last the vehicle carrying goods reached 0n 12th Night and the condition of the articles not known.
9. The reprehensible behavior of the unloading staff is evidenced by throwing the packings in a most irresponsible way in a room, despite my son’s protest.
Now I draw your attention to the above referred quotation, wherein you have defined the scope of work, but surprisingly you did not adhere to any of the covenants detailed in it. To cite a few, please read the item mentioned under serial Number 4 & 6 wherein you have committed to unload on 7th floor, unpack and rearranging the unpacked material, is still pending till date of writing this letter. This is being informed to your Mumbai office on a continuous basis, but to no avail.
Considering the reputation of your Company we have accepted to ship the material at premium cost, trusting you would be a safe and trusted bet , which is proved otherwise (totally wrong). You would appreciate that we have paid the cost of shipment in full and did not retain any amount for not fulfilling the committed scope of work.
This act of yours put us in mental agony to me and My son, who is on probation, had to take leave without pay and allowances for three days, therefore for this entire mishandling and breach of contract, I may be suitably compensated immediately. Please expedite. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated

Household Goods — After 21days the House Hold Goods not yet delivered
Dear Sir,I 'Sudeep Kumar Mazumder' had shifted myself from Bangalore to my native place Singur in West Bengal and on 1st November 2010 I booked my house hold goods thru Blue Star Packers and Movers from Bangalore to my native place with the consignment no. LR23, Consighment Note No. 023, Money receipt No. 071 which contain ten items (An Almirha, Two Trunk Boxes, One Devan Bed, One Folding Matress, One Cloths Box, One Beag, Three Karton Boxes), but still today (21st November 2010) it has not been delivered to my residence.
From past six days I keep calling them, if I call at morning they say within night it will be delivered and again at night when I call they say next days, later they said the truck was in Kharagpur check post from past five days. Today (21st November 2010) morning onward I called them and they say its reached in Kolkata but will be delivered evening at 1800 hrs, but no confirmation.
Few days back they given me the driver number with the truck number, but when that time i called the driver he told that he is in Kharagpur check post, but today (21st Nov 2010) morning when i called the driver he mentioned that he is in Bangalore and sent the truck to Kolkata. Everybody in that Company is using and telling some and other reason, date of delivery and time.
Even today One person Mr. Vikas has challenged me that whatever I can do let me do it, they least bother. Hereby I am giving the Blue Star Packers and Movers Bangalore and Delhi Address below. Kindly do the needful.
