I am a resident of a building in Dombivli, and I am facign a problem with my society members. My flat is such, that the bathrooms and toilets don't face outwards to the walls, but inwards. As a result, the builder has provided for a duct that runs through the center of the building, and both my bathrooms are connected to the duct. The society is now plaaning to construct a water tank on top of the duct. Kindly advise me if its legal, and what is the action I can take against them.
