I have already sent the documents for redemption but still i have not received the gift. I have purchased HP Mini Lt 210-1122 Tu on 24th August 2010 from Cyberworks(Prop. Francis Klein Co. Pvt. Ltd), 10, Hemanta Basu Sarani Kolkata-69 and my invoice no is Cw/399/10-11 and Sl No is CNF02422FG and product no XB789PA#ACJ. Please send the gift to my address (33/8/1/2, T.R.K. Lane, Howrah, Pin 711104) as early as possible.

I have called many times on [protected] but always there is a message by computer that our all employees are busy please wait, it is continue for 15 min. and of no response.
I do not want to bother you, if have not face such complicated situation i am going through since last 2 months.

I have got my gifts approved under hp lovebundle offer worth 3500 for
my two laptops which I purchased on 26th feb 2011 and got my approval
mail on 15 march but still my gifts are not dispatched . I have waited for 1
month which is requisite date for the dispatch of gift and from your
side Iam getting a reply that you do not have stocks and when fresh
stocks will arrive you would despatch the gift and neither you are
replying me nor you are disclosing the date of dispatch. So your reply
is expected otherwise I would be compelled to take requisite legal

According to Terms and Conditions I should get my LCD TV IN 8 WEEKS. But I did not receive it till now (12/7/2010).
I also send complaint to Redemption Cell. There was a message by the cell that ODA LOCATION MISSING.
I called many times on [protected] (HP Redemption Cell) But always there is a message by computer that our all employees are busy please wait, it is continue for 15 min. and of no response. The ASM AND Sm are not receiving calls after first time. I m an advocate, very soon I am going to file a case against the company. If the company cant send the gift here in my place then I can take from your office anywhere in india. Its very cheap policy of your company, which is destroying your market.
