HTMT Global Solutions — Gratuity not Processed.
I Ganapathy.I.K was working in HTMT Global Solutions for a period of 5yrs & 8months, resigned the job on Nov 9th 2007 after serving my 1 month Notice period.As per the company norms i do have to get Gratuity for serving HTMT for a period of 5Yrs & Above.
It has been 8 months since i resigned the job in HTMT & still i do not have any idea as to what is happening with the Gratuity, Company states that the processing of Gratuity has been outsourced to LIC.!!
Is that how Gratuity Works out?
I have been sending so many mails to HTMT & getting in touch with the Finance Department, the response i have been getting from June is that they are still following it up with LIC.
As far as i know there are not many people who have completed 5yrs & have resigned the Job.
Do we have to wait for so long to get the Gratuity Amount? Is this what we get for working in the company for so long?
kindly inform or advice with respect to the Issue mentioned, (Could we re-course to Court of Law/Consumer maybe?)
